Were looking for aSenior QA Engineer to ensure every Playtika release is stable and behaves as expected features open load and behave correctly on web and mobile and to turn more and more of that validation into reliable automation.

Youll work closely with product developers and automation engineers using modern tooling (including AI assistants) to move faster while keeping a high quality bar for millions of players.

Responsibilities:

• Review requirements run end-to-end smoke tests on each release and ensure regressions are caught before players see them.
• Identify repetitive manual checks and turn them into automated tests to reduce manual validation from one release to the next.
• Design write and maintain UI/API automated tests for new and existing features and keep them running in nightly/regression suites and CI.
• Use tools like Cursor GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT/Claude to draft refactor and extend test code and to speed up test/failure analysis while always reviewing and adjusting the output yourself.
• Investigate and triage defects in pre-production and production by reproducing issues checking logs and clearly documenting impact and root cause.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to clarify acceptance criteria give early feedback on testability and make sure new features are easy to cover with tests.
• Coordinate smoke and regression runs for releases summarise results and provide a clear go/no-go recommendation to stakeholders.
• Review test plans and test cases from peers highlight coverage gaps and suggest practical improvements to tools tests and QA process.

Requirements:

• 5 years in manual QA on web and/or mobile products
• 12 years hands-on test automation in at least one common language/framework (for example Java Python JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Good understanding of SDLC and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with API testing (REST/GraphQL) using tools like Postman RestAssured or similar.
• Worked with test management and issue tracking (e.g. TestRail Jira Xray).
• Strong debugging mindset comfortable reading logs following a bug across client and backend and explaining what actually went wrong.
• Experience plugging automated tests into CI/CD (Jenkins TeamCity GitHub Actions etc.).
• Clear straightforward communication in English in writing and in calls.
• Real not theoretical experience using AI tooling (Cursor Copilot ChatGPT Claude etc.) to speed up test creation or analysis plus the judgement to check and fix what those tools produce.
