Accounts PayableInvoice Support Agent onsite Entry Level Bucharest Support Center

Office is located within Platinum Business & Convention Centre Sector 1 full time and on site.

• Match information in proprietary system to invoices
• Handles dedicated mailboxes
• Update statements
• Identify and escalate to partner branches problem invoices
• Build key relationships with partner branches in order to quickly resolve invoice issues
• File invoices statements and any accounting related documents when necessary
• Support Accounting Department and/or Product with miscellaneous projects and assignments
• Ensure communication with local branches

Qualifications :

Because Expeditors believes and is guided by the concept - hires for attitudes and train for skills - previous experience in the logistics industry is not mandatory. The agents of the Support Center within Expeditors International Romania will prove the following competencies:

• English - proeficient user
• German - preferable but not mandatory
• Accounting knowledge but not mandatory
• Have good results in individual work but also in the team
