The position requires travel to Titu 3 days/ week and working from home 2 days/ week.

• The role is focused on managing software/calibration  in gasoline diesel and hybrid engines
• Covers Powertrain Control (GMP) and Engine Control Calibration (MAP).

Objectives of the Service:

• Oversee MAP and application-related services for software calibration in serial life projects.
• Ensure compliance with MAP standards and QCD (Quality Cost Delivery)
• Represent project leader in project meetings to report progress and address issues
• Coordinate calibration deliveries to external stakeholders (factories homologation incident analysis etc.).
• Maintain calibration system planning
• Ensure software solutions align with legal regulations quality standards and customer expectations.
• Lead quality improvement actions in client R&D SOFTWARE TUNING
• Rapidly transfer key information to development projects.
• Ensure knowledge is documented and updated in software calibration development standards.
• Identify solutions for high-priority failure modes and build associated QCDP (Quality Cost Delivery Performance) reports.
• Present proposed solutions to the GMP project for decision-making.
• Root cause analysis and solution validation for quality issues.

Qualifications :

To qualify for this role you should have the following set of skills : 

• Expertise in automotive engine calibration particularly within clients engine tuning framework
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role or environment
• Strong automotive and powertrain general know how
• Strong knowledge of embedded engine control software (REMS AEMS AT)
• Experience in interpreting software specifications
• Proficiency in client tools (ASTRAL MAPAO DDT2000 CRETA JIRA CANalyzer MATLAB Simulink INCA.)
• Ability to understand and work with documentation in French and English
• Certification B for vehicle driving
