Associate IT Technologist

Summary

Seeking an Associate IT Technologist to support system configuration technical documentation and solution development in alignment with business and operational requirements. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system functionality performance and compliance within established architecture and security standards.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Develop document and configure system specifications aligned with architecture and business requirements
  
• Support system planning deployment and compliance with hardware/software and security standards
  
• Evaluate interfaces between hardware and software ensuring system performance and compatibility
  
• Identify system deficiencies and implement solutions to improve functionality data integrity and performance
  
• Execute system testing validation and troubleshooting activities
  
• Document system updates configurations and maintenance procedures
  
• Collaborate with process owners and technical teams to define requirements and test strategies
  
• Act as liaison between technical teams vendors and business stakeholders when needed
  
• Gather and prioritize system integration requirements
  
• Perform basic system maintenance and performance optimization
  
• Support development of user-focused technology solutions and improve system usability
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  
• 02 years of experience in IT systems support or related field
  
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall or similar)
  
• Ability to document technical specifications based on business requirements
  
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  

Technical Skills

Must Have:

• Bilingual communication (English/Spanish)
  
• Experience collaborating with business and technical teams
  
• Understanding of SDLC (Waterfall or equivalent)
  
• Technical documentation and requirements gathering
  

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft Windows environment support
  
• DLL installation registration and troubleshooting
  
• Basic networking knowledge (VLANs IP configuration firewall rules)
  

• Exposure to system integration or platform-based solutions
  
• Experience supporting system testing or validation activities
  
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and system performance optimization
