Mission

Lead endtoend Epic delivery while acting as a handson Project Manager and Business Data Analyst for the Orchestrationsquad in the AIR (Analytical Insight & Reporting) Tribe. Youll combine tight delivery management with data skills (SQL/DAX/Power BI/Python) to turn business needs into measurable product outcomes and help us transition from project management to product management. Acumen skills of Business Analyst on the Custody Settlements Treasury Funds or Asset Management domains mandatory. Background on operations product IT Product management in Financial Services mandatory.

What youll do

• Own Epic delivery: governance scope/budget/risk crosstribe coordination dashboards/PSR SDLC/IT controls.
• Quarterly planning: prepare/execute QBR & QP; align capacity funding priorities with portfolio.
• Business data analysis: capture requirements map data flows write SQL (mandatory) design DAX measures buildPower BI reports; automate checks withPython (medium proficiency).
• Delivery reporting: maintain dashboards and predictability status (PSR); integrate withServiceNow/Azure DevOps.
• Stakeholder engagement: work daily with IT Business Operations Sales Product to clarify priorities and land outcomes.
• Ways of Working: streamline intakedeliveryrelease define lean cadences/RACI/playbooks; champion the shift to product.

Nice to have skills

• Project/Program Management in complex multiteam environments; demonstrable ontime onbudget delivery.
• Data stack:
  • SQL mandatory (data modelling optimization QA).
  • DAX models; Power BI solid experience building robust maintainable models/reports.
  • Python medium (ETL scripts data validation automation).
• Tooling:Azure DevOps/TFS ServiceNow release/change processes; confident with audit/compliance.
• Business analysis: requirements UAT support data glossary/catalog contribution.
• Communication & leadership: crisp status risk and dependency management; ability to influence across tribes and vendors.
