Job Summary
At Kids&Us we dont just teach English we transform how children learn from an early age.
Our method is based on natural language acquisition and it works: over 85% of families stay with us year after year. Were growing internationally and Poland is one of our most exciting opportunities.
We already have 4 centres in Poland with a clear ambition to open 40 more in the coming years.
This role is key to making it happen.
Your mission
To grow Kids&Us in Poland by attracting and developing a strong network of franchisees who believe in education impact and long-term growth.
You will help build the market from the ground up this is a challenge for someone who is ready to create not just manage.
What youll do
Drive expansion and identify new opportunities across Poland
Attract and convert franchise partners
Build a strong local network and market presence
Lead the end-to-end franchise development process
Act as a brand ambassador
Were looking for someone who
Loves networking and building relationships
Is resilient and proactive (this is not an easy market build)
Believes in education and purpose-driven projects
Has experience in business development sales or expansion
Speaks English and Polish
