Job Summary
Responsibilities / Tasks
- Own Maintenance & Reliability set-up and performance for the site assets (approx. 40 CNC machines welding robots and supporting equipment such as compressors and forklifts).
- Build and run the maintenance system: asset criticality PM standards weekly planning/scheduling condition overview spare parts governance; shift from reactive to planned work.
- Deploy TPM with Production (Autonomous Maintenance Planned Maintenance Focused Improvement Training/Skills Early Equipment Management) and embed audits and standard work.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Internal: Production Work Preparation Controlling IT/Digital (SAP/MES) Facility Management (interfaces).
- External: OEMs integrators service providers spare parts suppliers other GEA sites.
