About the Role

We are seeking a commercially astute and people-focused General Manager to lead The Westin Warsaw a flagship premium hotel in one of Central Europes most dynamic capital cities.

This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a General Manager who can balance operational excellence commercial performance and a strong guest-centric culture while positioning the hotel as a leading choice for both business and leisure travellers in Warsaw.

As part of Marriott International the successful candidate will bring the Westin brand to life championing its focus on wellbeing renewal and intuitive service while driving sustainable business performance.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a leader who combines commercial acumen with authentic leadership presence:

• Proven experience as aGeneral Managerwithin an international hotel brand
• Strong track record of deliveringfinancial performance and market growth
• Experience operating incorporate and transient-driven markets
• Ability to balancebrand standards with local market agility
• Demonstrated success inleading large diverse teams
• Strong stakeholder management includingowner relations
• Fluency in English required; Polish or regional language skills advantageous
