Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add an SAP Analyst located in Bielsko-Biała Poland.
Reporting to the Operations IT Manager the SAP Analyst role involves exploring planning and overseeing the analysis of complex business problems by designing implementing and supporting costeffective standardized leadingedge automated solutions while collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver technically sound viable systems that meet business requirements and ensure successful adoption by end users.
What a typical day looks like:
- Analyze business processes and requirements and assess how they are supported within SAP
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities within SAPsupported workflows
- Support the design implementation and enhancement of SAP solutions in line with business needs
- Participate in SAPrelated projects including process improvements system enhancements and rollouts
- Create functional documentation specifications and user guidance related to SAP solutions
- Support system testing activities and assist with user acceptance testing where required
- Act as a liaison between business users IT teams and external partners on SAPrelated topics
- Investigate analyze and help resolve SAP system issues to ensure stable daytoday operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to better leverage SAP functionality
- Support change management activities including user communication and knowledge transfer
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- At least 4 years of experience in IT business systems or application support roles preferably involving SAP
- Bachelors degree in IT Engineering Business or a related field
- Handson experience working with SAP systems preferably in a manufacturing or operational environment
- Understanding of business processes and how they are supported by enterprise systems
- Ability to gather analyze and document business and functional requirements
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Experience creating documentation reports and presentations
- Demonstrates ownership accountability and the ability to manage tasks or initiatives independently
