Senior UXUI Designer

The Senior UX/UI  Designer  will  be  part  of  the  Product  Design  Department  and  will  report  to  theUI/UX Manager Designer. It is expected you will engage in User Interface and User Experience design in our products. You should be able  to  balance  usable  designs  with  smart  creative  design  solutions  and  should  be  eager  to  push  boundaries  to achieve  the  most  effective  results  by  collaborating  ideas  effectively  in  brainstorming  sessions  as  part  of  an international team of professionals.

Key responsibilities:

• Create intuitive user flows wireframes concepts and new product features.
• Build interactive prototypes to communicate ideas and validate solutions.
• Explore new ideas explore creative approaches and drive continuous improvement through innovation and consistency.
• Design beautiful functional and cohesive user interfaces aligned with our design language.
• Actively contribute in design reviews brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions.
• Work closely with managers product owners developers business analysts and other stakeholders to define user experience strategies.
• Develop maintain and evolve scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Prepare final design files for development and oversee implementation to ensure quality execution.
• Present design concepts visuals and user experience insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively in an agile environment supporting the team in fastpaced delivery cycles.
• Operate independently or as part of a team while contributing to a positive collaborative environment.

Requirements:

•  6 years of experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful UI/UX work (B2B experience is a pus).
• Bachelors degree in graphics or related to the design field.
• Deep expertise in Figmafor design prototyping and design system management.
• Strong understanding of user centered design usability principles and accessibility standards.
• Experience working in agile environments with tools such as
• Jira.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite(Illustrator Photoshop; After Effects is an advantage).
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate with technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Strong mentoring skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication in English(advanced level required).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of HTML/CSSis a plus.
• Experience with Motion Design in After Effects Spine or Rive is a plus.
• Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.
