Job Title: IT Manager - Service Owner for Data and Analytics - Finance & Commercial & IT
Location: Cracow Hybrid (3 days a week from office)
Job Description:
The Service Owner for Data and Analytics plays a strategic leadership role overseeing the vision roadmap and lifecycle of data ecosystem reporting and analytics solutions across the Finance Commercial and IT domains. This role ensures that our data and analytics infrastructure supports secure scalable compliant and highperforming user experiences across 50 markets.
Acting as the primary interface between Business Process Owners IT Domain Owners and delivery teams the Service Owner drives the development of advanced analytics reporting solutions and data architecture. This role leads a crossfunctional global team to strengthen Galdermas data and analytics capabilities and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the service vision roadmap and strategic priorities across responsible domains.
- Oversee global reporting needs ensuring alignment between global and local reporting requirements.
- Lead and develop crossfunctional teams fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
- Ensure platform reliability proactive monitoring and incident response across data and analytics solutions.
- Drive compliance with privacy and industry standards (e.g. GDPR HIPAA GxP) and standardize the use of tools such as Azure Snowflake and Power BI.
- Plan and monitor delivery of key projects in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Act as the primary IT counterpart for all servicerelated needs ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective communication.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in IT Service Management Data & Analytics or Data Platforms in a global matrix organization.
- Strong understanding of Finance Commercial and/or IT functional domains.
- Deep knowledge of data architecture and bestinclass analytics solutions and dashboard design.
- Proven leadership experience managing crossfunctional teams and external partners.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience managing budgets vendors and service financials.
- Fluent in English.
