Senior Project Coordinator

As aSeniorProjectCoordinator you will take ownership of strategic transition and NPI (New Product Introduction) projects driving them from planning to successful implementation. You will connect engineeringoperationsand supply chain ensuring flawless execution and thetimelydelivery of every milestone. Your leadership will empower cross-functional teams removeobstaclesand ensure that projects set new standards of qualityefficiencyand innovation.

What will you do:

• Lead transition projectsat Operations site (work transfer MAKE/BUY to MAKE)from planning through execution ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery

• Monitor project progress and regularly report status to senior management and key stakeholders

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to resolve project-related issues efficiently

• Develop detailed project plans and collaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineering Quality Supply Chain and Production teams

• Manage and track project budgets ensuring alignment with financial targets

• Identifypotential risks and delays working with internal teams and Business Units toeliminateobstacles

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Preferredminimum5years of experience in Project Management ideally at Operations

• Masters degree inOperations Supply ChainEngineeringor a related business field

• Strong leadershipcommunicationand organizational skills

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Experience of working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with risk management practices

• Knowledge of supply chain processes ideally within an aerospace organization

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint)

• Working knowledge of MS Project

• Advanced English (written and spoken)

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience with aerospace or defense industry

• Project Management certifications

• Experience with reporting and data analysis tools (e.g.Power BI)
