Key Responsibilities:

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in accounting and reporting processes through standardization clear documentation (SOPs) and disciplined issue resolution
Benefit from structured monthly quarterly and annual closing cycles that promote predictability and sustainable worklife balance
Develop deep expertise in management accounting OneStream reporting and balance sheet governance within a highquality finance operating model
Strengthen professional growth through regular collaboration with business partners and exposure to stakeholder management and where applicable team leadership

What We Are Looking For:

• Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a strong mindset of continuous improvement someone who is naturally curious committed to solving problems at the root and driven to make things better every day
• Hold a masters degree in tax accounting finance or a closely related field
• Bring strong handson experience in ATR accounting within a structured and deadlinedriven finance environment
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of local Moroccan GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Show strong finance ERP process awareness; prior experience working with SAP is an advantage
• Communicate effectively in English (verbal and written); proficiency in Spanish is considered an asset
