Office Admin
Job Summary
The Office Admin will ensure the smooth and efficient daytoday operations of the office during the maternity leave cover period. The role ensures efficient office operations by coordinating communications logistics events onboarding activities supporting employees Senior staff and administrative processes across different parts of the organisation contributing to a well-organised and welcoming working environment.
This is afixedterm contractto cover maternity leave; candidates must beeligible to work in the countrywhere the role is based.
You will:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to department managers and staff
- Coordinate communications appointments and information flow to callers visitors and internal stakeholders
- Manage office logistics to ensure smooth daytoday operations
- Oversee office supplies mail purchasing processes vendor coordination and order tracking
- Manage and oversee inventory procedures maintaining accurate records
- Organise and coordinate teambuilding activities and employee initiatives
- Plan manage and support internal and external events including guest coordination
- Provide personal assistant support to senior staff as required
- Welcome new hires and support onboarding processes
You will bring:
- Proven experience in office administration and daytoday operations management
- Experience providing administrative and personal assistant support with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong organisational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate events onboarding activities and work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proactive solutionoriented mindset with good problemsolving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
