Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Activities and Skills:

- 45 years of experience in Payroll and Personnel Administration.

- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (HRIS).

- Experience with structured payroll providers preferably STRADA / Eureka via the HRX platform.

- Use of Zucchetti for Time & Attendance management.

- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and Italian labor law.

- Strong focus on process improvement and automation.

- Identify and implement process and system improvements with a focus on automation and reducing manual activities.

- Manage activities that still require manual intervention.
