Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY
Supporting the Director of Rooms in delivering exceptional personalized guest experiences aligned with the luxury standards of Bulgari Hotels & Resorts overseeing the daily operations of the Guest Service department (Reception Concierge Bell/Door teams Butler) leading and developing the team managing guest relations and VIP experiences resolving issues with a solution-oriented approach monitoring performance and guest satisfaction and ensuring seamless interdepartmental collaboration and full compliance with brand and operational standards.
