Senior Video Sales Specialist, Large Customer Sales, Amazon Ads
Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
Video Specialists are part of the Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization and work closely with Account Teams Agency Development Managers (ADMs) Go to Market (GTM) specialists and Amazon Advertising Customers. They are responsible for:
- Delivering the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients
- Scaling video GTM strategies across LCS;
- Developing and implementing bespoke industry strategies within assigned verticals;
- Service and operations team engagement as it pertains to new and emerging products;
- Partnering with LCS and Vertical Marketing to develop narratives that differentiate Amazon Ads unique offerings tied to customer objectives and business outcomes; and
- Representing Amazon Ads externally at industry events to drive Upfront and annual commitments.

- Extensive years of B2B sales experience
- Extensive years digital advertising experience
- Some years experience in Streaming TV sales and/or business development
- Experience managing internal and external relationships with senior stakeholders including Sales Account Management and Product group
- Experience building and deploying GTM strategies with an emphasis on packaging positioning and messaging
- Demonstrated ability to close sales and generate revenue with a focus on delivering long term customer driven outcomes
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) including the ability to present complex topics both in person over the phone and through concise document writing * Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Advanced level of English

- Experience in working directly with product teams
- Develop product and sales strategies that uniquely position products in market
- Deep relationships within the advertising industry
- Experience negotiating Video Upfronts at agency and Brand level
- Experience selling nascent products and/or services
- Experience dealing with results metrics and data management and a desire to create and build new processes
- Experience and success in negotiating complex deals with customers and partners
- Experience in generating and delivering big ideas that deliver new ad revenue streams
