YellowSquare Athens is looking for a Maintenance Experiencer. Youll be the backbone of the hostel ensuring everything runs smoothly from quick fixes to long-term safety all while keeping the vibe high.

What youll be doing:

• Keeping the Square running: Managing daily maintenance tasks to keep our hostel efficient safe and welcoming;
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Identifying and enforcing procedures for maintenance and safety to prevent issues before they arise;
• Orders and Supplies: Monitoring equipment needs and placing orders efficiently and sustainably;
• Safety First: Ensuring full compliance with local regulations on safety health and hygiene;
• Team Spirit: Collaborating with all departments to contribute to innovative projects that improve the guest and staff experience.

What you should have:

• Previous experience in facility management or maintenance (hospitality background is a huge plus!);
• A hands-on approach: reliable proactive and able to work independently;
• Strong organizational skills: the ability to juggle technical tasks with a smile;
• High proficiency in spoken English and Greek (youll be in daily contact with international staff and guests);
• Positive attitude: we love people who bring good vibes and a can-do spirit!
