Position: Sales Development Representative
Location: Athens Greece
Work model: Hybrid (on-site for first 5 months after 3 days office/2 days home)
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage high volume inbound and outbound B2B sales activities across all stages of the sales funnel
- Engage prospects daily via video calls phone email and social media outreach (video meetings are the core responsibility)
- Identify and approach alternative decision-makers using various tool and lead generation methods
- Build manage and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline
- Qualify leads and hand over high-quality opportunities to the onboarding team to continue the sales process
- Track and report on daily monthly and quarterly KPIs in line with sales targets
- Ensure adherence to response time SLAs and defined sales cadences
- Accurately document all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in Dutch with good command in English (minimum B2 level)
- 1-2 years of experience in sales lead generation or business development
- Experience in tech or digital advertising environment is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of sales funnel lead qualification and outreach strategies
- Confident conducting client-facing video calls on a daily basis
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in performance-driven and target-oriented roles
- Digital advertising knowledge is considered an advantage.
