We are recruiting German-speaking Customer Advisors on behalf of a leading international BPO company based in Athens Greece. This is an excellent opportunity for German native or near-native speakers looking to build a career in customer service within a multicultural environment with the flexibility of on-site or remote work options.
Your Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone email and/or chat in German
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when needed
Document interactions accurately in the CRM system
Meet individual and team KPIs (response time CSAT resolution rate)
Your Profile
German native or C1/C2 level written and spoken mandatory
English B2 minimum
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Computer literate; experience with CRM tools is a plus
