Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via chat email and online platforms with a wide range of travel-related questions
• Manage reservations for flights hotels car rentals and activities including modifications and cancellations
• Provide accurate information on travel details entry requirements baggage policies and refunds
• Support customers with account issues payments and loyalty or rewards programs
• Identify urgent or complex situations such as delays or missed connections and escalate when needed
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in internal systems
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality service
• Meet performance goals related to service standards and response times
• Stay updated on travel policies destinations tools and process changes

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
