Senior Low-Code Engineer (Mendix)

We are a leading global innovation and technology company and we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Low-Code Engineer to join our dynamic team. Your Role:

• Serve as a key technical expert and consultant for our clients in the low-code domain with a particular focus on Mendix.
• As an experienced developer you will lead a team and design and implement doing so your experience ensures that the success of the project is the focus.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into robust low-code applications.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior developers ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in low-code development particularly within the Mendix ecosystem and apply that knowledge to deliver innovative solutions.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the low-code practice at Zühlke through knowledge sharing training and participating in internal initiatives.

Your Talent:

• Proficient in modern technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript Java ReactJS and RESTful APIs.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience (5 years) in software development.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Strong expertise in developing scalable secure and maintainable applications.
• Ideally and as plus deep understanding of the Mendix platform including its capabilities best practices and integrations with other systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior developers providing guidance and support.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
• You enjoy working in a team are learning and success-oriented and communicate concisely in German and English.
