Job Summary

Role Purpose & Business Impact

This position sits within the Back Office/Demand & Supply Planning function focusing on forecast management data accuracy and stakeholder alignment across multiple countries and manufacturing sites. The role acts as a key bridge between business stakeholders and data ensuring that forecasted demand accurately reflects real expected orders. You will be responsible for validating data accuracy running correct queries and ensuring clean data matching enabling better planning decisions and improved operational performance.

Language Requirements:

  • German C1 level. Fluent written and verbal communication in a professional business environment.
  • English B2 level. Confident written and spoken communication for cross-functional collaboration.

An experience that matters: Your Skills

  • Proven experience in Demand Planning Sales Operations or Commercial Planning with direct involvement in S&OP processes.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Demand Planners and working cross-functionally with Sales to gather challenge and structure qualitative demand inputs.
  • Strong understanding of Demand Reviews forecast enrichment and the connection between commercial assumptions and operational constraints.
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights business narratives and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Tools Systems & Data Environment

  • Excel templates for structured data collection and reporting.
  • Jira for task tracking workflow management and process coordination
  • Work involves structured logical problem-solving not overly complex but requiring attention to detail consistency and process improvement mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with either Excel Power BI or Tableau for data analysis and visualization purposes.
  • Capable of creating dashboards and automated reports.
  • Demand forecasting capacity planning inventory optimization.
  • Knowledge of SAP Oracle or other similar ERP platforms.

Analytical & Business Competencies

  • Process Optimization: Identifying inefficiencies and improving workflows.
  • Forecasting & Trend Analysis: Demand prediction and performance tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Aligning Sales and Supply Chain priorities.
  • Master Data Management: Ensuring data accuracy integrity and consistency.

A job that matters: Your Tasks

  • Manage and validate country-level demand forecasts within the assigned scope (components parts devices).
  • Ensure forecast accuracy by aligning Sales expectations with actual demand and supply capabilities.
  • Prepare structured data and insights for management supporting decision-making and business planning.
  • Analyze supply-side data and collaborate closely with factories and operations teams to reflect real production capacity and constraints.

Balance responsibilities across:

  • ⅔ Demand Supply & Operations Review
  • ⅓ Business & Stakeholder Leadership
  • Support one-off requests and market-specific initiatives across Germany Austria and Switzerland.
  • Contribute to process optimization automation and efficiency improvements reducing repetitive tasks and accelerating turnaround times.

Work Structure & Environment:

  • Standard Bulgarian working hours: 09:00 18:00
