As a Relief Village Manager you will step into villages across the VIC region providing shortterm leadership support during periods of leave vacancies or transition. You will be trusted to quickly assess each environment build strong relationships lead confidently and ensure a seamless experience for residents staff and role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety enjoys travel and is motivated by challenge while making a meaningful difference in retirement living Responsibilities Building strong stakeholder relationships across internal and external stakeholders is crucial for this roleDelivering performance and creating lifestyle solutions for our residents including events communications and general safety across the villageMaintaining a high level of commitment to the customer and the communityImplementing day-to-day operational plans and maintenance programsBe the point of contact for staff residents and their families being approachable and always presenting excellent customer serviceResponding in a professional and prompt manner to customer sales enquiriesWorking on the Sale or Resale processAssisting with the activation of community engagement events and initiativesGeneral administration tasksThe successful candidate will also have or be willing to complete their First Aid CPR Certificates and drivers license with own You Are:Have demonstrated experience in roles focused on community connection and engagement would be highly regardedHave excellentpeople managementskills with the ability to lead motivate and develop teamsHave strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budgeting and financial reporting is highly desirable and would be a valuable asset in this roleProven experience inasset management ideally within property facilities or retirement livingA proactive solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to resident wellbeingExperienced in operational management with strong organisational consultative and negotiation skillsHave excellent computer skills (confident with the use of Microsoft Office Suite and various online applications)Resilient and a problem-solver who can think on your feet and handle challenges with graceCustomer-centric always putting the needs and satisfaction of residents firstA people person with a genuine love for working with seniorsCompassionate with a deep understanding of the unique needs of independent living seniorsHave or be willing to obtain an Agents Representative Certificate/Real Estate Licence (to acquire certification can be provided to successful candidate)Ready to Join the FunIf youre passionate about leading vibrant caring communities and are excited by the challenge and variety of a relief role wed love to hear from submit your resume and cover letter to the link your cover letter please highlight your interest in the Relief Village Manager opportunity and explain how your skills qualifications and interests align with our note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check & will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of May-November with supporting documentation prior to joining.
