About the Role
This role is based in our Mulgrave office within the Quality Assurance Division reporting to a regional leader based in China.
As a Dealer Service Analyst you will turn raw dealer service data into clear insights that drive real performance improvement. Your work will directly influence service quality customer experience and dealer network standards across Australia.
You will collaborate closely with local sales teams and regional stakeholders to build and maintain a scalable data analytics framework that supports business decisions.
Key responsibilities:
Collect clean and analyse dealer service performance data to identify trends and gaps
Conduct dealer network assessments including occasional site visits and mystery shopping across Australia
Perform competitor and market benchmarking to evaluate service standards
Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools to track KPIs and performance metrics
Translate data into clear insights and deliver concise impactful presentations to stakeholders
Provide practical data-driven recommendations to improve dealer service operations and customer experience
Key requirements:
Around 2 years of experience in data analytics ideally within automotive retail or service-related industries
Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving capability
Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) for data visualisation
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables formulas data modelling)
Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment
