Job Summary
About the Role
As a Team Leader you will be responsible for managing a team to enhance green spaces across various contracts around SEQ
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in their work.
- Lead a team
- Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
- Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
- Complete service requests as required
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

What are we looking for
- Previous experience in Gardening using push mowers brush cutters hedgers secateurs planting laying turf irrigation and mulching
- Valid Manual Drivers Licence
- White Card
- Highly regarded: Working at heights ACDC licence EWP Working with Children
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
- Be punctual and reliable
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
