In Retail Banking our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Virtual Banking is transforming the way we engage with internal & external customers through digital and phone across both Retail and Third-Party Banking. It is responsible for ensuring compliance ongoing health and proactive growth of customers.
As a Home Lending Specialist within the Retail Virtual Branch you will be predominantly focused on outbound calling activities and any lending opportunities that are identified through such calls to focus on home lending growth and customer engagement through needs-based sales conversations. Maintenance activities include campaign management welcome calls and nurturing opportunities for internal and external customers.
As a Home Lending Specialist youll require the following:
- Good understanding of the Banks lending products digital and self-service offerings policies and regulations
- Extensive customer service experience
- Advanced technology and digital capabilities
- Ability to work in a virtual team environment.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build relationships and rapport with key community stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to and accept change.
- Proven relationship building skills to achieve financial outcomes.
- Understand financials and performance of the business.
- Lending experience is preferable
- Residential Lending DLA desirable
- FSRA Accreditation T2 Deposit Taking & Non-Cash Payment Facilities & General Insurance
This is a full-time permanent position with a total of 76 per fortnight. We prioritise our people with a hybrid model that currently includes 2 days per week in a local Head Office or Regional Office. The Retail Virtual Banking opening hours are Monday Friday(AEST) and Saturday(AEST). You will be required to work a rotating roster within these opening hours.
