Your Day on a PageBuderim Gardens is a place that feels truly alive where unique homes sit within lush gardens and peaceful natural surroundings. Situated on 60 acres residents enjoy walking trails that weave past lakes and rainforest areas with well-maintained gardens connecting each diverse landscape offers its own unique charm complemented by a vibrant community centre hosting a variety of activities and a welcoming resident volunteer run café. With an active community of residents and an array of leisure facilities theres something for everyone at Buderim Gardens. We are currently seeking a Bus Driver to join the team on a Part-time : Monday 5.30am to 1.30pm Thursday and Friday 7.30am to 3.30pm (22.5 Hours per week)Vehicle details: 22 seat including driver Light Rigid (LR) Licence requiredOur Bus Driver is responsible for transporting residents safely and comfortably to community outings. As well as:Providing safe transportation of our residents aiding with entry and exit to the bus where neededAssisting residents with mobility needs and helping with bags or personal items when requiredDriving to and collecting the bus from scheduled servicing and inspectionsMaintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle ensuring the bus is always kept clean both inside and outProviding exceptional customer service to our residentsUphold Keytons commitment to safety and excellence in serviceAidingwith miscellaneous tasks around the village asrequiredAbout YouThe successful candidate will be friendly approachable and personable with a genuine willingness to support residents on and off the bus and will have:Previous Bus Driver experience A Current LR Drivers Licence (Required)A genuine interest inworking with seniors andunderstandingthe awareness of mobility/health and safety issues thatmay occurExcellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to make decisions and remain calm under pressureA current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or be willing to obtain)A professional initiative-taking and can-do attitudeKeyton Perks & BenefitsA supportive and friendly work environmentFitness Passport for you and your family4x Wellbeing days per year (One per quarter)Annual vaccinations and skin checksAccess to Sonder Employee Assistance AppThe chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residentsReady to Join the FunIf youre passionate assisting with the daily operations of a vibrant and caring community for independent living seniors wed love to hear from you!
