About the Role
Kickstart or grow your career as a Dietitian in a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality community-focused this role youll provide a diverse range of services across paediatrics acute care aged care and community settings using preventative early intervention and therapeutic approaches. Working under experienced professionals youll make a meaningful impact on the health and wellbeing of a wide range of consumers while building your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What Were Looking For:
- Must hold a recognised Dietetics qualification with eligibility for professional association membership/registration and relevant clinical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to apply primary health care principles with experience in service development evaluation or project work.
- Strong problem-solving adaptability and initiative with a commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
- Experience in client-centred care community engagement cultural competency and maintaining confidentiality and client rights.
- Effective administrative documentation and digital skills including use of relevant systems and software.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and contribute to quality improvement and service outcomes.
