About the Role

In this customer facing role you will:

• Deliver accurate and efficient service across everyday banking transactions
• Manage customer flow and queue times in a busy branch environment
• Help customers discover products and services that add real value
• Promote digital banking options including ATMs PAYs and Internet Banking
• Resolve customer enquiries at first contact escalating when required
• Follow Auswide policies compliance and risk frameworks
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive branch team
• Continue building your knowledge and capability on the job

About You

Youll bring:

• Experience in retail sales or other customer facing roles
• A helpful people first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Confidence using technology and multiple systems
