Food & Beverage Attendant

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service across our restaurant and bar ensuring every guest experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly professional and efficient service to all guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver promptly
• Set up and reset tables ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings promotions and specials
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
• Follow all hygiene food safety and workplace health & safety procedures

Qualifications :

About You

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred but not essential)
• A positive attitude with a genuine passion for guest service
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• RSA certification (required)
