Partnering closely with the People & Experience leadership team including direct support to the Chief People Officer youll deliver accurate timely workforce and remuneration insights while owning the administration and optimisation of key people systems.

This is a handson autonomous role with enterprisewide impact focused on system performance data integrity and practical analytics that enable better business outcomes.

People Systems (SAP SuccessFactors)

• Own and administer key modules including Talent Learning Performance Succession and Compensation
• Act as the functional SME and primary support contact
• Lead configuration upgrades testing and enhancements
• Ensure data accuracy security compliance and effective integrations
• Identify and deliver system improvements and better user experiences

Workforce Reporting & Analytics

• Deliver enterprise workforce remuneration and diversity reporting including the monthly CPO report
• Translate data into clear insights scenarios and recommendations
• Build and maintain dashboards metrics and organisational reporting
• Support compliance reporting (including WGEA)
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytics capabilities

Remuneration & Benefits

• Support remuneration cycles job architecture benchmarking and reviews
• Assist with benefits administration and employee rewards programs
• Provide analytical and system support to remuneration strategy

About you

• Strong handson experience administering SAP SuccessFactors
• Proven background in workforce analytics reporting and dashboards
• Solid understanding of data governance integrity and compliance
• Experience supporting remuneration and benefits processes
• Confident engaging senior leaders and working autonomously
