Toowoomba Grammar School (TGS) is seeking a skilled anddedicated Inclusive Education Teacher to deliver an inclusivecurriculum that meets the needs of all learners across Years 7 - is a teaching position and requires current (or eligibilityfor) teacher registration in this role you willcollaborate with classroom teachers and work closely with ourDiverse Learning team to create an environment where every studentcan thrive.
The ideal candidate has a mathematics background expertise inlearning support/intervention and the ability to adapt curriculumand use technology to improve access and outcomes for allstudents.

About TGS
Founded in 1875 TGS is a memberschool of the Great Public Schools Association of Queensland(GPS). It is an independent non-denominational day andboarding school for boys with a total enrolment of 1200 fromPreparatory to Year 12. There are 300 boarders in the schoolcoming predominantly from throughout Queensland Northern New SouthWales and the Northern Territory.

About the Position
TGS Teachers play apivotal role in designing and delivering innovative teachingprograms aligned with our learning philosophies. Your expertisewill contribute to cultivating an environment that empowersstudents to become confident independent thinkers. You willcollaborate with a supportive academic team and engage with variousstakeholders including parents and fellow educators.
Selection Criteria:
You will be able todemonstrate your ability and commitment to:
- Teaching expertise: Demonstrated ability to design and deliver innovative teaching and learning programs aligned with the Queensland and Australian Curriculum. Strong knowledge of effective evidence-based pedagogy with the capacity to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
- Subject matter knowledge and curriculum development: Demonstrated expertise in Mathematics (or a closely related learning area) including the ability to communicate concepts clearly build student engagement and curiosity and collaborate to design review and adapt curriculum that reflects required standards and the schools values.
- Professional engagement and contribution (aligned with the school ethos and AITSL Standards): Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional learning and reflective practice. Active contribution to the broader life of the school (including co-curricular activities the House system and pastoral care) and a proven ability to foster a positive and inclusive culture uphold the schools values mentor students and continuously improve practice in line with AITSL Standards.
