We are currently seeking experienced Case Managers with Allied Health qualifications to join our growing Workers Compensation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to transition from an allied health background into a dynamic and rewarding case management role where you can make a meaningful impact on recovery and return-to-work outcomes.

About the Role:

As a Case Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims supporting injured workers throughout their recovery journey while ensuring timely and effective claim outcomes.

You will utilise your clinical knowledge to drive early intervention strategies facilitate return-to-work plans and collaborate with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims end-to-end

  • Develop and implement return-to-work and injury management plans

  • Liaise with injured workers employers medical practitioners and allied health providers

  • Review medical reports and determine appropriate treatment pathways

  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and scheme requirements

  • Drive positive recovery and return-to-work outcomes

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in Allied Health (e.g. Physiotherapy Occupational Therapy Exercise Physiology Rehabilitation Counselling or similar)

  • Strong understanding of injury management and return-to-work principles

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience in workers compensation or insurance (desirable but not essential)
