Implementation Lead Corporate Office Transformation (12-month secondment)

About the Role
As Implementation Lead you are a part of a team of experts responsible for these office transformation projects including the implementation of new ways of working and requiring strong stakeholder engagement both within BEN and external partners. Your core deliverables include:
- Change Management: Managing the impact of office relocations and refurbishments on our employee experience.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage business leaders and representatives to gather business impacts and requirements.
- Implementation: Working with internal stakeholders to successfully implement and adopt new flexible working approaches including reduced storage solutions and the introduction of desk booking.
- Be Better Together:Act as a flexible and positive leader of change ready to work with your colleagues and where needed support a broad and varied range of deliverables and priorities to ensure program success.
About you
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in project management and/or change management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate influence and negotiate with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Ability to pivot and prioritise key activities while demonstrating a flexible positive and proactive Own It attitude.
- Be a proactive self-starter with excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
- Continuous improvement and better ways of working mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This is a 12- month secondment role and due to the nature of the role ideally you will be located in Victoria with the flexibility to travel to Bendigo regularly.
