Synergie are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operator/MR Driver to join our growing team in Keilor Park. This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday offering stability and a supportive team environment.

About the Role:
Working within a small close-knit team you will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and play a key role in daily warehouse operations within a busy freight forwarding environment specialising in import and export logistics.

What you will be required to do:

• Pick packing and freight preparation
• Loading and unloading freight
• Forklift operation (counterbalance with high reach experience also preferred but not essential)
• General warehouse duties and housekeeping
• Intermediate computer operation
• Assisting with metropolitan deliveries as required (MR licence essential)

To be successful in the role you will:

• Previous warehouse experience in pick/pack operations
• Valid forklift licence (high reach experience highly regarded)
• MR drivers licence (required)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
