Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate plays a vital role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach and collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic outreach methods such as calls emails and social media.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns tailored to the Middle East and Africa region.
- Leverage your experience with BDM tools including CRM platforms and sales intelligence systems to consistently exceed goals.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to support informed engagement.
- Share market insights to influence future sales and marketing strategies.
We are seeking motivated BDM to support lead generation and development across the Middle East and Africa. This role involves a balance of warm and cold outreach in coordination with Marketing and Sales efforts. Youll contribute directly to our growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting the broader sales organization.
Qualifications:
- A results-driven professional with 5 years in a similar role.
- Experienced in exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- An excellent communicator with the ability to engage prospects meaningfully.
- Proficient in using tools such as Outreach CRM systems Sales Navigator ZoomInfo or equivalents.
- Self-motivated well-organized and skilled in time management.
- Quick to grasp enterprise IT solutions and market nuances.
- A strong team player with a can-do attitude and integrity.
- Preferably holding a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English; French is a plus.
