Technical Writer

At SSH we provide defensive cybersecurity solutions and related services to protect critical and sensitive data - in use in transit and at rest. Our approach is built on the Zero Trust principle: Never Trust Always Verify.

We are now looking for a Technical Writer who enjoys writing and takes pride in turning complex technical concepts into clear high-quality documentation for enterprise users.

What youll do

• Create and maintain clear accurate and user-friendly product documentation including guides and API references

• Work closely with developers QA and product teams to understand features and translate them into usable documentation

• Continuously improve documentation based on product updates releases and user feedback

• Contribute to consistent terminology and user guidance across the product

• Use AI tools to draft refine and ensure consistency of documentation across releases

• Help shape how users experience and understand our products through clear communication

What were looking for

• Experience working with Markdown-based documentation and version control systems (e.g. Git)

• Strong interest in technical writing with motivation to produce high-quality content

• Experience writing documentation for enterprise or technical audiences

• Hands-on experience with enterprise security products (setup configuration use cases)

• Experience using AI tools in documentation workflows

• Familiarity with JavaScript Python or similar scripting languages

• Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate clearly in English

• Detail-oriented proactive and comfortable working closely with technical teams
