Job Summary
- Manage patient scheduling reminders and follow-ups in EMR/EHR systems
- Support cardiology care coordination including CHF patients
- Reinforce care instructions within scope (no diagnosing or prescribing)
- Track testing schedules follow-ups and remote patient monitoring workflows
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance
- Support billing documentation and insurance coordination when needed
- Use AI-supported tools to assist with documentation and workflow efficiency
- Clinical healthcare background required (CNA MA RN or equivalent)
- 3 year experience in healthcare telehealth or medical office settings
- Experience with cardiology workflows and cardiac terminology
- B2 English proficiency B2 Spanish proficiency
- Experience using EMR/EHR systems
- Strong patient-centered communication skills
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours (PST)
- Outpatient cardiology home health or telemedicine experience
- Remote patient monitoring exposure
- Medical billing or prior authorization knowledge
- Familiarity with AI-assisted documentation tools
