Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and define input file structures.
- Design and maintain document templates in French Dutch and German.
- Manage multiple output formats: AFP PDF HTML5 Live Empower.
- Develop and execute unit integration and UAT tests.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) on templates and outputs.
- Apply development and testing best practices (Agile mindset).
- Review deliverables and ensure consistent quality.
- Participate in project status meetings with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Required Technical Skills (Must-have)
- 35 years of experience with OpenText Exstream.
- Strong understanding of the document lifecycle in CCM environments.
- Proven hands-on experience with:
- Exstream Live
- Empower
- Content Author
- Solid experience across the OpenText Exstream ecosystem:
- Command Center
- Communication Builder
- Communication Server
- OTDS
- Workshop
- StoryBoard
- ReTouch
- Supervisor
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills on multilingual templates (FR/NL/DE).
- Language: French (C2) or English (C2).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Programming or scripting experience (Java Shell ).
- Knowledge of customer communications (letters emails official documents).
- Experience interacting directly with business stakeholders.
