What will your responsibilities be

As a Project Coordinator in the Landscaping sector you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the profitability and quality of execution of worksites

• Acting as the main point of contact and coordinating/planning the actions of the different stakeholders on site

• Monitoring the progress of worksites and preparing meeting and site reports

• Ensuring customer satisfaction

• Preparing and following up on quotations for additional works

• Guaranteeing team planning and scheduling

• Managing unforeseen situations (illness accidents absences etc.)

• Planning and monitoring the required training for teams

• Building and maintaining a stable loyal and motivated team

Your talents and background

• You are communicative highly customer-oriented and have a strong service mindset

• You are a people manager who knows how to motivate and develop a team

• You are flexible and able to manage stress effectively

• You enjoy working autonomously are well organized and know how to set the right priorities

• You have a good command of Microsoft Office tools

• You have relevant experience in a team management role

• You speak and write French fluently

• Knowledge of Dutch is an asset
