Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

• Design high-converting YouTube thumbnails tailored to different clients and content styles

• Translate video concepts into bold instantly understandable visuals

• Use facial expressions contrast and composition to drive urgency curiosity or excitement

• Adapt to various brand aesthetics while maintaining strong performance principles

• Keep designs clean high-impact and mobile-friendly

• Make intentional design choices around layout hierarchy and color

• Provide a short rationale (36 sentences) explaining your concept and creative decisions

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

• Strong portfolio of YouTube thumbnails or high-performing social visuals

• Ability to adapt to different visual styles and brand guidelines

• Deep understanding of what makes content clickable

• Proficiency in Photoshop Figma or similar tools

• Strong grasp of composition contrast and visual hierarchy

• Experience designing for mobile-first platforms

• Ability to clearly explain creative decisions
