As a Business Control Management Senior Analyst in the E-Trading Digital Markets and QR businesses you will ensure a robust end-to-end control environment by identifying and escalating issues partnering with the business for remediation and supporting risk analysis and control execution. You will be part of a team that values proactive risk management collaboration and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end analysis of operational errors and the control environment to identify significant gaps and weaknesses and determine root causes
• Partner with your team to ensure controls are properly designed and operating effectively fostering a proactive risk and control culture
• Assist in control evaluation and testing ensuring evaluation scripts are detailed performing assessments for design and operational effectiveness and documenting results
• Manage the full lifecycle of operational errors by capturing details tracking progress and closing issues with appropriate evidence
• Support meeting administration including production and distribution of materials quality review of data managing meeting invites and tracking action items to closure

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of relevant internship or business experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

• Experience in financial services controls audit quality assurance operational risk management or compliance
• Familiarity with analytical and visualization software such as Alteryx Tableau or Python
• Experience in meeting administration and documentation
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Demonstrated initiative in process improvement
