Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer with expertise in Ruby on Rails along with strong skills in frontend technologies and databases. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scaling and maintaining complex web applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Ruby on Rails and React
Write efficient scalable and maintainable code for both backend (API development business logic) and frontend (UI/UX) components with a strong focus on testing and code quality
Architect and implement RESTful APIs; integrate third-party services as needed
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues across the full stack
Collaborate with product design and QA in Agile ceremonies to deliver features iteratively
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
Communicate technical decisions and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
Backend
Ruby on Rails production-grade experience (must-have)
SQL databases: PostgreSQL and/or MySQL
RESTful API design and integration with third-party APIs
Frontend
React strong hands-on experience (must-have)
HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript
Familiarity with Vue or Angular is a plus
DevOps & Tooling
Modern build pipelines and deployment tools: Docker Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Nix

Strong self-management comfortable working autonomously without micromanagement

TDD / BDD experience; familiarity with testing frameworks (RSpec Cypress Jest)
Experience with containerization and microservices architecture
Exposure to AI/ML integrations or working with LLM-based features
Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales tech or revenue operations tooling
