Working at a client site in Auckland CBD this hands-on Workplace Ambassador role focuses on creating an exceptional workplace experience through daily operational support relationship building and customer service excellence as the trusted onsite point of contact.

This is a part time role 16 hours per week across 4 days.

Provide friendly reception coverage and visitor management
Manage meeting room bookings office supplies and general workplace requests
Conduct daily site walk-throughs to ensure clean organized and safe spaces
Support moves new hire onboarding and general administrative tasks
Coordinate with vendors for basic maintenance requests and service delivery
Assist with workplace events communications and employee experience initiatives

Bring customer service or workplace experience along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive service-focused mindset and PC proficiency are essential.

Experience in customer service hospitality reception or workplace support
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with welcoming professional demeanor
Strong organisational abilities and proven problem-solving skills under pressure
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Self-motivated proactive professional with exceptional attention to detail and passion for creating positive workplace experiences
