Job Summary

Hiring for multiple locations: Auckland Hamilton Christchurch and the Dunedin region.

The 360 Recruitment Consultant Temporary Business Line is a representative of the company and is expected to demonstrate the company core values Passion Collaboration Inclusion Courage Customer at heart.

The purpose of the role is to maintain and develop new and existing client relationships through the identification and provision of temporary recruitment and management services. This role is to assume responsibility for the tasks undertaken as a Consultant Temporary Business Line in order to achieve business goals and maximize profit. This extends to the manner in which Adecco is represented and includes a professional approach toward Adeccos candidates clients colleagues and shareholders in terms of selling and delivering recruitment services.

The Recruitment Consultant Temporary Business Line is expected to support the company policies and managements decisions. Report any suspicions of illegal or fraudulent activity anywhere within the company. The role is expected to voice opinions to the appropriate senior manager whilst having voiced opinion when there is disagreement will fully support the f inal decision in word and in actions

About Us

Customer Accountabilities:
Proactively attract candidates using a variety of different means and to register and complete the end to end recruitment process for suitable applicants and to ensure the branch has a quality pool of work ready candidates at all times.
Write and place effective job advertisements in appropriate media and consult with the client on same.
Accurately establish client needs through quality job briefs.
Seek establish and maintain effective client relationships.
Provide clients with responses to requests for information pertaining to all aspects of our business (pricing proposals and service delivery information).
Proactively develop gain and grow new and existing business through a variety of means ensuring KPIs are met and including but not limited to:
o MPA calls
o Lead generation calls
o Client visits
Ensure that associates receive quality care at all times in their dealings with Adecco.
Ensure that service delivery is of the highest standard for clients and candidates.
Knowledge and awareness of competitor activity and the industry and trends.

Financial Accountabilities:
Ensure that clients adhere to the Adecco Terms of Business by following up on overdue payments and proactively ensuring the on time payment of accounts.
Achieve budgeted sales as per KPIs set by Branch Manager
Actively work to grow the business at every available opportunity.
Ensure the calculation of margins is in accordance with the volume of business and ensure that agreed margin standards are maintained whilst seeking every opportunity to increase GM where possible. Gain signoff where appropriate and use of the EVA model.
Promote the use of all Adecco services paid advertising testing tools and temporary to perm sales to clients.

Quality Accountabilities:
Ensure that all activities in relation to the candidate process meet Adeccos compliance standards.
Attend all training and operations meetings as required.
Ensure that data integrity and timeliness is maintained in all activities relating to reporting payroll billing and placements.
Ensure that all activities in relation to the Client relationship meet Adeccos compliance standards.
Accurate calculation of rates for Clients and Associates.
Ensure understanding of and adherence to Adeccos Health and Safety Management Systems including but not limited to hazard identification injury management/return to work plans as applicable.
Ensure that all Adecco policies and procedures OH&S ERA EEO privacy and other application legislation is adhered to at all times in relation to clients candidates/associates and colleagues.
Provide reporting and information as required to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of organisation by utilising Adecco tools such as the weekly planner.
Other accountabilities include from time to time this role is required to undertake other projects and responsibilities when required by the business.
