Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

新規製品および他製造拠点からの製造プロセス導入プロジェクトにおいて生産技術担当として立ち上げを主導する
工程設計設備導入レイアウト設計オペレーション方法について設計部門製造部門品質保証部門など関係部署と協働し技術的にリードする
法規制品質安全環境基準およびQMSを満たすための技術的対応を実行する
特定の技術分野における専門知識を深化させこれまでの経験および習得した技術知識を活用して部門方針や戦略を実行する
主要なビジネスドライバーを理解した上で業務を遂行し自チームの業務が他チームとどのように連携し部門全体へ貢献しているかを把握する
部門長と連携し部内メンバーに対して非公式な指導およびサポートを行う

Required Qualifications

工学系の学位を有し設計エンジニアまたは製造エンジニアとしての実務経験を有すること
または高卒で5年以上の関連実務経験
加工組立検査などの製造プロセスおよびインダストリアルエンジニアリングに関する知識を有すること
製造現場および技術部門などの社内関係者と日本語で円滑なコミュニケーションができること
他製造拠点からの製造プロセス移管を実行できるレベルの英語による基本的なコミュニケーション能力を有すること
