Commercial Operations Senior Specialist
Job Summary
Provide administrative and operational support for CRM and EC systems ensuring smooth sales operations through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Continuously improve operational processes and maximize efficiency of sales operations.
Communicate with other functions including APAC and Global team for system improvement and trouble shooting.
Deliver deep insights with development of useful analytical reporting tool to support effective decision making across all layers of the commercial organization.
All the operational tasks related to sales activities are job scope and thus responsible tasksmaychange constantly.
Responsibilities
Perform system operations using CRM and local EC systems (e.g. SFDC)
Maintain system master data ( master Sales assign master product master price master)
Implement organizational changes in timely manner (e.g. new user new authorization structure approval process etc.)
Provide user training and respond to inquiriesfrom sales customers and patients as needed
Develop sales reports to support business analysis
Coordinate system enhancement to improve data quality and operational efficiency
Resolvesystem-related issuesin coordination with IT teams
Facilitate IT-related communication between sales representatives and customers
Improveexisting business processes
Identify areas for process improvement
Develop and implement improvement plan
Develop business intelligence and drive sales force effectiveness
Lead requirement gathering for BI and reporting enhancements from conversation with key stakeholders includingseniorleadership
Collaborate withSales Marketing and Finance to support their teams in all aspects of analysis report development KPIs/dashboards and Business Intelligence from a revenue customer pricing program performance and margin/ profitability perspective
Conduct deep-dive performance analysis and provide analytical insights and recommendations to key stakeholders incommercial team including seniorleadership
Involve in or lead sales force effectiveness (SFE) initiatives to develop consistent and impactful sales strategy based on in-depth analysis of current business environment (territory & target optimization sales incentive program design sales operation optimization etc.)
Work cross-functionally to facilitate thedataintegration from various sources (Oracle Tableau Cognos Salesforce third party vendor data etc.) to enable better data-driven insights
Participate or lead in cross functional projects
IT projects (CRM system improvement etc.)
New product launch projects

Travel: Occasional domestic and oversea travel (5%)
Qualifications
Understanding of the business operations and related Systems
Strong understanding of sales operations (e.g. order management shipping process) CRM (e.g. SFDC) ERP and EC systems
Knowledgeof IT governance security and compliance
Understanding ofbusiness intelligence andsales force effectiveness
Understanding of business intelligence KPI design and customer segmentation
Proficiency with BI tools such as Cognos and Tableau
- Business-level English for Regional and Global communication
Strong communication skills with various stakeholders including APAC/Global teams
Willingness to challenge the status quo-creative problem thinking bringing new ideas and approaches to the team and looking for ways to improve on current practices
Ability to quickly learn and utilize third party data systems dashboards portals
Logical and structured thinking skills

3-5years of sales operations experience
3-5 years ofcommercial and/or financial analytics experience
Experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred
Sales experience is a plus
Business process improvementexperience isaplus
Experience in vision care category or a similar industry in business (e.g. medical device B2B2C etc.) is a plus
People management experience is a plus
