職務概要

• 関連法規に逸脱することなく倉庫運営および業態管理が円滑に行われるよう倉庫業務および管理薬剤師業務を実行する
• プロジェクトが計画的に達成できるようチームメンバーと協力して遂行する

主な職務内容

• 倉庫業務配送関連業務の運営管理
• 薬事法に則った管理帳簿への記録管理
• JDEでの受発注業者への支払い処理の実行
• マネジャーの指導のもと法改正に伴う手順書SOPの作成関連スタッフおよび3PLへの教育指導を行い実行する
• 管理者に活動KPIと問題破損品不良品を報告する
• スーパーバイザーの支援を受けながらコスト削減プロジェクトMIPを計画実施する
• 3PLおよび品質管理チームと協力しプロセスを最適化する
• サプライヤー小売業者などとコミュニケーションを図り有益な取引と相互満足を実現する
• 緊急時の対応と緊急要請への対応
• 法律および規則の遵守
• サイト管理者として当局に氏名を登録する
• 当局による内部監査および外部監査への対応
• チームメンバーへの医薬品に関するアドバイスと指導を行う

求められる経験スキル知識

• 薬剤師免許
• 医療医薬業界の商慣習薬事法等の知識
• 物流に関する知識があればなお可
• 社内外の関係者と円滑な関係を築くコミュニケーションスキル
• OAスキルWordExcel
• 初心者レベルの英語スキル
