職務概要

SAP Concur におけるカスタマーサクセス本部CS本部の一部門である Growth部 を統括リードいただきます
Growth部は主として ARR が小中規模帯のお客様を担当していますが企業規模としては大企業中堅企業も多く個社に深く入り込む支援とスケール型のサクセスモデルを両立させる必要がある重要な部門です
本ポジションでは顧客価値の最大化を実現しSAP Concur ソリューションの定着化利用促進拡大を推進するとともに部門の成長戦略策定と実行を担っていただきます
またグローバルコンカージャパン全体の戦略を理解しCS本部の一員として他部門と強固に連携しながら顧客成功および ARR 成長に貢献いただきます

主な責任領域

1顧客との信頼関係構築とデータ分析による効率性の向上

• 経営層主要ステークホルダーとの関係構築
• データやツールを活用した利用状況分析課題管理改善提案価値訴求

2既存顧客への利用促進と拡大

• お客様のビジネス目標と紐づくアカウント戦略および活用計画Consumption Planの策定
• サクセスプランの策定と管理運用定着利用拡大
• お客様の継続利用RenewalとビジネスARR創出に向けた施策設計と実行
• Growth領域特有のスケール型サクセス戦略の推進デジタルタッチ含む

3組織マネジメント人材育成の遂行

• チームの目標設定進捗管理業務遂行の支援
• メンバー育成コーチングパフォーマンスマネジメント
• 部門戦略に沿った施策立案とリソース管理
• スケーラブルな運営モデルの構築プロセス標準化運用最適化

4他部門グローバルを含むへのエスカレーションと意思決定

• 契約関連プロダクト仕様変更各種タスクフォースにおける意思決定
• 問題発生時の迅速なエスカレーション対応と是正アクションの推進

必要な経験スキル

必須

IT業界における以下いずれかの部門での 10年以上の実務経験

- カスタマーサクセス

- 法人営業

- コンサルティング

顧客対応における各種トラブル発生時責任者として解決に導いた経験

英語読み書きは必須交渉調整経験があれば尚可 TOEICスコア700点目安応相談
